The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health, Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 23, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the WLRC Superintendent House Interior and Exterior Repairs, located at 8202 WY- 789, Lander, WY 82520. Project Description: This project will consist of replacement of flooring, gas fireplace, and bathroom renovation. Exterior repairs include replacement of back porch awning, roof, soffit, facia, gutters, and chimney repair. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, starting at the WLRC Administration Building, 8204 WY-789, Lander, WY, 82520. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. MT on July 14, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on July 16, 2026. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 14, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
