The USDA Forest Service, Minnesota Shared Services Contracting Unit, Superior National Forest anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. It is the intent of this contract to secure Road Maintenance Services required for the Superior National Forest for a BASE year, with four following option years. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary for site preparation. Task will consist mostly of small projects such as culvert cleaning, culvert replacement, spot filling gravel placement, ditch cleaning, etc. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about February 22, 2018. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of this Request for Proposal. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for a base year and four optional years.
