Superior National Forest/Water Lab Inspection

The contract seeks a qualified small business to perform an on-site assessment of the Superior National Forest Water Laboratory in Ely, Minnesota, to ensure compliance with the Minnesota Department of Health On-Site Assessment Agenda and the Safe Drinking Water Act. The laboratory conducts water testing at administrative and recreational sites, and the assessment must verify its operational adherence to state and federal standards. The contractor must be listed on the MN-ELAP Approved Assessment Organizations list and must submit a detailed technical approach demonstrating full understanding of the Statement of Work, including schedule compliance and explanations for any unmet requirements.
