Ceredigion County Council is inviting tenders for the service of providing and operating a Household Waste Site (HWS) in South-East Ceredigion. Services shall include the provision of a HWS, reception, sorting, transport, reprocessing, and disposal of materials. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified parties who are able to provide the services compliant with all current legislation. The estimated value is between £4 million and £4.23 million excluding VAT or £4.8 million to £5.1 million including VAT for the full term of the contract including all extensions. Please note that the contract value provided within this notice represents an estimate prepared by the Council. It is issued for guidance only and does not constitute a fixed budget or an indication of the expected contract price. Bidders are expected to submit a competitive bid based on market prices.
