*****Amendment #1*****Please be advised that this Invitation to Tender has been amended to EXTEND the closing date to January 13, 2026.All other information remains the same***SCOPEThe New Brunswick Housing Corporation is looking to establish a Contract of Supply for the supply and delivery of appliances on an as and when required basis.This is a three (3) year contract from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.OPTION YEAR PRICINGPricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.SPECIFICATIONSPlease refer to the attached Specifications and the Item Descriptions below.DELIVERY DATE AND PRICEBidder will deliver the goods in 15 calendar days upon receipt of an office release against this contract.Please be advised that there are no lifts available at the warehouses. Some are equipped with loading docks or are on ground levels. Currently lift gates are being used by delivery companies. Bidders are responsible for providing their own lifting equipment.Bids MUST include pricing for delivery to the various warehouses listed below.Warehouse Locations: Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, Woodstock, Edmundston, Campbellton, Bathurst, Miramichi, and Caraquet.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIABidders are required to submit a bid on all items listed below.Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest compliant total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.Prior to award bidder(s) may be asked to provide references and the department may conduct reference checks and reserves the right to contact other departments and agencies within GNB to obtain information on the bidder's past performance withing the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultation that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the bidder's bid.HOW TO SUBMIT PRICINGBidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes. All shipping/delivery charges to the various warehouses MUST be included in the unit price. Prices bid must be firm for the initial three-year contract. BIDDER QUESTIONSAll inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
