Supply And Delivery of Approximately 75 New Golf Carts on a Four-Year Lease (Closed End / Operating Lease Only)

The City of Burlington is soliciting bids for a four-year closed-end operating lease for approximately 75 new 2027 model golf carts to be delivered to the Tyandaga Golf Course. The carts must be gas or unleaded powered, as fully electric models are prohibited due to a lack of charging infrastructure. Required specifications include split-screen windshields capable of opening halfway, foot-operated multi-lock parking brakes, and a chassis made of aluminum or steel beam in either white or black. All units must be delivered F.O.B. destination to Burlington, Ontario, on or before March 19, 2027, and will be returned as-is around November 24, 2030. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder. Mandatory submission documents include a lease agreement, warranty information, and a product brochure. Bids must be submitted electronically by October 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. The successful contractor is required to replace any defective carts at no additional cost within 20 business days of notification.
