This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of powder activated carbon to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant. The Plant uses powdered activated carbon in the treatment of water for cold weather coagulation. Typically, powdered activated carbon is utilized by the Plant between November and March at a consumption rate of 6 tonnes per day. This ITT is for the supply and delivery of powdered activated carbon to the Plant on an “as required” basis for a 12-month term, beginning on July 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2024.
