This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Embassy of the United States of America will be purchasing one passenger SUV. This vehicle will be part of the Embassy's fleet and will be registered tax free with diplomatic plates. Vehicle shall be delivered in Madrid. Delivery shall take place no later than 6 months from ordering date. Offerors must meet or exceed the following specifications and requirements:
