SUPPLY AND INSTALL ONE (1) NEW BREATHING AIR COMPRESSOR

The contract involves the supply and installation of a JORDair-Bauer vertical breathing air compressor model AIR-KAT6-1214-3E, which is a four-stage compressor capable of delivering 16.3 SCFM at a working pressure of 6000 PSIG. It features a 10 HP, three-phase motor, an auto drain system, various safety switches including oil pressure and high-temperature switches, as well as automated shutdown and start functions plus an emergency shutdown mechanism. The compressor is equipped with a carbon monoxide monitor compliant with CSA standard Z180.1-13 and holds CSA and CRN certifications, including certified pressure components. The system comes with a two-year warranty and is designed to support a fill station with up to 35 operating years. Accompanying the compressor is the JORDAIR-BAUER four-bottle fill station (model J-FFS-DF4-4), designed for SCBA fill types and fully enclosed with a tilt door. The fill station includes multiple fill whips rated at different pressures (three at 4500 PSI and one at 2216 PSI), a 2216 isolation valve, a remote fill outlet, and several safety features such as a CRN safety relief valve, safety air shut-off on door opening, and a dual lock system to protect operators. The contract also covers four air breathing system cylinders rated at 6000 PSI with a ten-year retest interval, designed to meet ISO 9809 parts 1 & 2, and is TC qualified under UN regulations.
