Supply and Installation of Heavy-Duty Dump Boxes, Scrapers, and Plows

The City of Saskatoon is seeking bids for the supply and installation of heavy-duty winter maintenance equipment, including three front plows and 15-foot dump boxes compatible with 60,000 lb 2027 Kenworth T480 trucks, three underbody scrapers and 15-foot dump boxes for 54,000 lb 2027 Kenworth T480 trucks, and one 12-foot dump box for a 30,000 lb 2027 Freightliner M2-106 truck. All equipment must be professionally installed and fully operational upon delivery. Bidders must register on the City’s electronic bidding platform at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca to access the full solicitation documents, submit questions, receive updates, and electronically submit their proposals. The bidding portal is the only authorized method for participation, and all award notifications will be posted there. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00:59 p.m. Saskatchewan Time on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
