RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AS REQUIRED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). NOTICE: It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing GSA Contract No. GS-07F-602N to procure Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilet Buildings for the Gila National Forest. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). No additional notice of award will be issued. The Forest Service intends to utilize the existing Multiple Award Schedule for purchase, delivery, and installation of three (3) pre-fabricated concrete vault type toilets in two different locations of the Gila National Forest. The new facilities represent the Forest Service's high priority with regards to public safety and health, environmental issues, and accommodations for people with disablilities.
