This RFSA is a continuation of the previous RFSA titled “Supply Arrangement (T3PEA)”, solicitation number EN578‑150229/I, originally issued in ABE. Due to system migration constraints, the original file could not be amended and has therefore been reissued in SAP Ariba. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing this Request for Supply Arrangement (SA) under the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS). The NSS encompasses the following activities: Large ship construction; Smaller ship construction; Ship repair, refit, and maintenance. This SA seeks to establish arrangements for specialized and diverse engineering, naval architecture, and technical inspection services across the following streams of work: A. Inspection Services B. Technical Review Services C. Technical Advisory Services D. Risk Advisory Services Suppliers may submit arrangements for one, multiple, or all streams, as applicable.
