The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”), from time to time, requires traffic control with respect to work they are doing (the “Services”). The Services may be required to support work East Hants is doing themselves or work being completed by a third-party contractor on East Hants’ behalf. This is a time and materials contract. The successful Bidder will honour the Rates provided for the duration of the contract. These Services may be required at anytime, anywhere, in East Hants. Most of the requirements will be concentrated in the Corridor area (Enfield, Elmsdale, Lantz, Shubenacadie) where East Hants has water and wastewater infrastructure.
