Supply of 90-Minute Rated Fireproof Double Leaf Doors

This subcontract involves the manufacture and delivery of specialized 90-minute fire-rated double-leaf door assemblies for a server room located at the JIFZ Main Building. Managed by the JCA Project and Initiatives Implementation under the Government of Jamaica, the scope of work includes providing the door systems, frames, and all necessary fire-rated hardware. To ensure safety and compliance, all supplied materials must be certified to UL, NFPA, or equivalent international fire safety standards. The contractor is responsible for the full production and delivery of these assemblies to the prime contractors overseeing the project.
