Supply of Natural Gas for Apex Housing Association

Apex Housing Association is seeking a supplier for the supply of natural gas under solicitation number APX053. This procurement is conducted via the Open Procedure in accordance with Section 20(2)(a) of The Procurement Act 2023. The contract is divided into three geographic lots based on network areas in Northern Ireland: Lot 1 for the Phoenix network area, Lot 2 for the Evolve network area serving sites in the Mid-Ulster Area, and Lot 3 for the Kinecx network area. The estimated total value of the contract is 2,142,000 GBP including VAT. The period of performance is scheduled from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028, with a possible 12 month optional extension to 31 January 2029. Award decisions will be based solely on price, with the Tender Evaluation Sum accounting for 100 percent of the evaluation weighting. Interested suppliers must submit their electronic proposals in English via the etendersni.gov.uk portal by the deadline of 4 November 2026 at 12:00pm. Apex Housing Association reserves the right to discontinue the competition or decline to award the contract to the lowest tender.
