The U.S. Embassy invites you to submit your lowest price to provide Passenger SUV plus space for materials (Toyota Hilux or Equivalent), EURO/BS–VI, Right Hand Drive (RHD), seater to U S Embassy New Delhi, India



Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply of Pickup truck to the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form SF–1449 that follows this letter.



The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.



All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to kamathsp@state.gov by 1400 hrs. (India Time) August 06, 2026.  Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.  No questions shall be answered received after 1700 hrs. (India Time) August 06, 2026.



Quotations are due by 1400 hrs. (India Time) of August 14, 2026.  Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0102 for Brand Brand New Single Cabin Passenger SUV plus space for materials (Toyota Hilux or Equivalent), EURO/BS–VI, Right Hand Drive (RHD)”.  The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.



No quotations shall be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.  Quotations submitted to or marked on any email address other than Newdelhibids@state.gov will be rejected and will not be considered.
