This subcontract involves the manufacture and supply of 75 plain hexagon nuts, identified by NSN 5310-01-242-5734, for prime contractors supporting DLA Weapons Support ASC projects. The components must be produced using CNC turning and threading, with a strict prohibition on additive manufacturing. Compliance with the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment is required to ensure domestic sourcing standards are met. Quality assurance must be maintained through sampling performed according to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. All items must be packaged and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-2073-1E, and RP001. The final delivery of the 75 units is to be made to DLA Distribution Red River in Texarkana, Texas.
