Solicitation SPE4A5-26-Q-0666 is a request for a single Support Assembly, CO (NSN 1560-01-095-7338), issued by the DLA Aviation ASC Supplier Oper OEM Division. The requirement is for one unit with a delivery schedule of 510 days after the date of order and is established as FOB Destination. The award will be determined through a trade-off process, prioritizing past performance—specifically SPRS assessments, historical quality, and delivery schedule compliance—over cost and other non-price factors. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements, including CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, supply chain traceability documentation per DLAD Procurement Note C03, and specific packaging and marking standards under MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Due to the nature of the technical data, the item is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Administrative requirements include the use of Wide Area WorkFlow for invoicing and compliance with various DFARS and FAR clauses regarding cybersecurity, hazardous materials, and security prohibitions. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the point of origin.
