SUPPORT, SHIPPING AN

This contract, issued under solicitation SPE8ED-26-T-1117 by the Department of Defense through the Defense Logistics Agency, requires the delivery of three units of modular storage containers identified by NSN 8145-01-512-1015 and part number 55297 from SHARKCAGE INC. The items must be delivered within 20 days to the destination specified as FOB destination, with no tolerance for quantity variance. All packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 as well as the more stringent requirements of the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and must be marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Palletization must follow RP001, the DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement. Delivery is directed to two locations: the first destination for transportation is a military facility in Okinawa, Japan, and the parcel post address is an APO facility in Japan. The government retains the right to inspect and accept the goods at the destination. Documentation for source approval requests and removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies are applicable, and all technical and quality specifications referenced by R or I numbers are binding and derived from the DLA Master List. The original required delivery date is July 8, 2026, and the contract is subject to all applicable defense regulations including those governing covered defense information.
