The contract pertains to the procurement of a structural support item identified by NSN 1560-01-584-1661 and part number 449-061-316-103, with a quantity of four units to be delivered FOB origin within 620 days of contract award. All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede commercial standards such as ASTM D3951 unless otherwise specified. Packaging must comply with DLA-specific mandates under RP001 and MIL-STD-129, with hazardous materials requiring adherence to FED-STD-313 and TQ requirement IP025, while non-hazardous items must be commercially packaged in conformance with ASTM D3951 as supplemented by DLA directives. Sampling and inspection protocols follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, Table 1, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and attributes are assigned verification levels or AQLs based on criticality. The item is classified as a critical application item and requires physical identification marking per RQ017. Cybersecurity compliance is enforced through a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, and government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies per RQ011. Delivery is directed to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, PA, with no variance allowed in quantity. The contract does not require Unique Item Identification as per DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i), and all applicable requirements are controlled by the revision of the DLA Master List in effect at the solicitation issue date.
