The contract pertains to the procurement of four units of a Support, Surge Duct identified by NSN 2835-01-113-6899 and part number 3884109-2 from Honeywell International Inc. Delivery is required within 464 days from the award date with a final delivery deadline of December 27, 2027, and the item must be shipped FOB origin with no variance allowed in quantity. Inspection and acceptance occur at the manufacturer’s origin, and the supplier must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging standards, including specific preservation methods, wrapping, and unit container requirements. Marking must conform to MIL-STD-129 with no special markings required, and palletization must follow DLA packaging guidelines. The item is not required to have Unique Item Identification per the service customer’s request, and DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i) governs this exception. Sampling and quality verification adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances mandated unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively. The supplier must also meet DLA’s broader technical and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List, including removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies and proper measurement and test equipment calibration. Shipping is directed to DLA Distribution Cherry Point in North Carolina, with transportation procedures governed by DLAD Proc Notes C19 and C20.
