This contract amendment outlines the requirements for the installation and maintenance of surveillance camera and monitoring systems at three specific locations: Building 548/CSC, Building 558/Confinement, and Building 2209/RMF-ACSC. The primary goal is to enhance security and access control for critical communications and correctional facilities. The project requires the installation of high-resolution day/night or infrared cameras, including five weather-resistant outdoor units for Building 2209. Each building must operate on a stand-alone system with its own monitor and DVR, and wireless systems are strictly prohibited. Specific installation objectives include replacing existing cameras at Building 548, providing full exterior and entrance coverage for Building 2209, and ensuring complete surface coverage of inmate cells and common areas at Building 558. While a brand name may be mentioned, other equivalent brands are acceptable per FAR regulations. Bids for this project were due by 12:00pm on September 23, 2009, for performance at Incirlik AB/Adana.
