Included in this award is a one (1) year Warranty from date of acceptance. The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1) (B), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
