SURVEY/DESIGN ANALYSES TO REPAIR, UPGRADE, OR REPLACE CAS SYSTEM

All deliverables must comply with specified standards including IEEE 3003.1-2019, NFPA 780-2026, ANSI C2-2023, and the 2026 National Electrical Code, and any replacement components must meet or exceed original specifications. Access to facilities will require government escort, and all information is marked Controlled Unclassified Information. The contract will have a 113-day performance period beginning after receipt of government-furnished data and the start of the charrette, with payment tied to milestone deliverables—40% upon work plan approval, 50% upon draft report submission, and 10% upon final report acceptance.
