The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking written statements of qualification from Professional Land Surveying consulting firms for surveying and mapping. 
PROJECT DESCRIPTION 
Professional services performed by the Consultant consist of surveying and mapping. The ES602 survey will be utilized for civil design for a range of crossings, spot improvements and connections supporting non-motorized travelers. These improvements are spread across twelve areas of town in seven neighborhoods.   Base maps, control sheets and survey point files are to be delivered to the city by December 31st, 2026.  Additional surveying and mapping services for the projects may be added or removed dependent upon funding availability and project design requirements. 
SUBMITTAL 
All proposals shall be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Late or misdirected proposals will not be considered.  The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their SOQ documents on the City website at https://cob.procureware.com/. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office by email to Bids@cob.org.
