Surveying Services

Williamson County is seeking qualified firms to provide professional land surveying services in support of various public infrastructure programs including the Road Bond Program, Road and Bridge Division, Development Services & Drainage Division, and County Facilities projects. The scope of work encompasses a broad range of surveying tasks such as land boundary and title surveys, topographic surveys, tree inventories, ground control for aerial and mobile mapping, easement and right-of-way parcel maps, construction staking, and metes and bounds descriptions. The County anticipates selecting approximately three firms, though the Commissioners Court retains the discretion to choose more or fewer based on qualifications and project needs. Services will directly support planning, design, and construction activities across multiple departments, ensuring accurate spatial data and legal documentation for public works.
