This is a Sources Sought/Request for Comment on the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the project titled Sustaining AHRQ's National Guideline Clearinghouse toward the Digital Future. This is not a request for proposal and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or pay any costs associated with responding to this notice. All responses shall remain with the Government and will not be returned. Purpose: The purpose of this announcement is to seek sources and input on a potential requirement for a No Cost Contract to sustain and operate the AHRQ National Guidelines Clearinghouse (NGC). Attached Reference Materials: Draft Statement of Work. Response Information: Specifically, respondents should: Identify interest in submitting a proposal to sustain the AHRQ National Guidelines Clearinghouse under contract to AHRQ for no cost, if a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is released. Include information on the ability to generate revenues through ancillary work sufficient to offset the cost of performing contract requirements. Provide Draft Statement of Work (SOW) comments: Sources interested in submitting a proposal may provide comment on the draft SOW attached to this notice. For comments, please identify: the SOW page; line/task/subtask number; comment and/or suggested change. Disclaimer and Important Notes: Please note that this is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to issue an RFP. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed.
