In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is requesting quotes for the following commercial services: Cable TV & Internet Services. 


Quotations are due via email to Emma Newbegin, emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil, no later than 10:00 AM HST, 25 September 2026. 


Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM HST, 1 September 2026. 


Information provided from answers to questions shall not change/qualigy the terms and confditions of the solcitation and speciications. Terms remain unchanged unless teh solciitation is ameded in writing. if an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solcitiation amendments shall apply. 



REQUIREMENT SCOPE: 
The Contractor is to provide cable TV and internet services delivered via Wi-Fi for Hawaii Air National Guard designated buildings located at Hickam AFB and Geographically Separated Units (GSU) throughout the islands of Hawaii. Contractor shall provide service through contractor owned cables and Contractor may not mount any satellite dishes on the buildings.

Exact sites are listed under Attachment 1 on the Perfomance Work Statement. Interested parties must review the site list and confirm capabilities to perform services at ALL listed sites.

Solicitations shall not exceed 5 pages, and provide the following:
