SWIFT CSP Independent Assessment

The Oregon State Treasury is seeking qualified and SWIFT-certified independent assessors to conduct a SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) Independent Assessment, aimed at verifying compliance with all mandatory controls outlined in the SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework. The selected assessor will evaluate the Treasury’s security posture against these standards, produce a formal assessment report, and issue a SWIFT-mandated signed Completion Letter to confirm adherence.
