This solicitation, issued by the DLA Weapons Support Electrical Devices Division, is for the procurement of pressure switches under NSN 5930-01-279-4112. The requirement consists of three line items: 7 units under CLIN 0001, 993 units under CLIN 0002, and one unit for First Article Testing under CLIN 0003. The total quantity of pressure switches is 1,000 units. Delivery is set for DLA Distribution San Diego, California, with an original required delivery date of June 30, 2028, and a need ship date of September 24, 2028. The terms are FOB Origin, with both inspection and acceptance occurring at the origin. The procurement is subject to strict technical and quality requirements as defined in the DLA Master List, including specific packaging standards such as ASTM D3951 for non-hazardous materials and TQ requirement IP025 for hazardous materials. All packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129. The contract incorporates significant regulatory requirements, including ITAR and EAR export controls, the Buy American Act, and DFARS cybersecurity standards for safeguarding covered defense information. While the solicitation is not a small business set-aside, it follows an SDVOSB/Small Business set-aside cascade, encouraging certified SDVOSB concerns to bid. Evaluation factors include the cost of First Article Testing, with a government testing cost of 1,600 dollars added to the offered price. Invoicing must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
