Switchgear Maintenance at Two UN Plaza

The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a New York State public benefit corporation, is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide all material, labor, and oversight for switchgear maintenance of main distribution panels at Two United Nations Plaza. The work includes to provide temporary power and support for a shutdown of two main distribution panels according to specifications developed by Powercon Engineering. Two UN Plaza is Class A, mixed-use, high-rise commercial office building located in east midtown Manhattan. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field. NYC Master Electrician License. Authorized to do business in New York State. Liability Insurace of $5,000,000. A resume of current assignments at compatable buildings in New York City.
