Combined Synopsis RFI/Intent to Sole Source: The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to negotiate sole-source procurement with Synergistics for research studies that have already been published. The studies published are as follows: 1) Exploring the Changing Credit Card Market [Published May 2011] Pricing Strategies and Revenue Opportunities New Products, Services, and Features Customer Service and Rebuilding Trust 2) New Era for Checking Accounts [Published July 2011] Impact of New Regulations Acquisition, Onboarding, Cross-Selling, and Retention Strategies Relationship Rewards and Packages 3) Mobile Payments: Consumer Viewpoint [Published Aug 2011] Marketing Opportunities and Expanded Applications Privacy and Security Contactless and Online Payments It is the Governments intent to procure these studies. Vendors who offer similar studies are encouraged to respond to this Combined Synopsis RFI/Intent to Sole Source and provide the following information: Vendor contact information, name of study, details of contents of study, and when the studies were published. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole-source award to Synergistics.
