Full Description
The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND is hereby issuing this request for proposal (RFP) notice with an intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Fire Protection and Emergency Services at Cavalier SFS, ND.
A site visit will take place at Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. If your company is planning on attending the site visit they must fill out and submit the attached EAL template to the POC's listed below. This EAL template must be submitted by 4:30 PM CST on 5 June 2026.This site visit is NOT mandatory.
Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 17 June 2026, 4:30 PM CST. Proposals are due by 14 July 2026, 4:30 PM CST. PoCs for questions and proposal submission will strictly be both, Ms. Melissa Pearce via email at melissa.pearce.1@us.af.mil and SrA Jackelyn Richardson via email at jackelyn.richardson.1@us.af.mil. Please refer to and thoroughly review all the attachments in this solicitation notice for any and all the details. For proposal submission, one electronic copy of the proposal and applicable deliverable(s) are to be submitted to the PoCs provided above via email. If the file size of the proposal is too large to be delivered by email, the offeror must notify the PoCs above, and a DoD SAFE link will be provided to drop-off files.
The offeror is solely responsible to request the link in a timely manner so that the proposal will be received by the proposal due date.
