Synopsis - Depot Level Repairs for the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 3 Electronic Attack (EA) Subsystem of the AN/SLQ-32(V)7

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division is seeking Engineering and Technical Services and related supplies to support Depot Level Repairs for the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 3 Electronic Attack Subsystem of the AN/SLQ-32(V)7 under Basic Ordering Agreement N0016425GWM42. The work includes identifying Depot Level Repairables, conducting a Government Site Survey, developing repair and test capabilities along with associated technical manuals and procedures, identifying required spare lay-ins, establishing training criteria for repair and test operations, and providing full Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation support. The requirement is non-commercial and will be executed through a combination of Cost-Reimbursable and Fixed-Price contract mechanisms. The anticipated period of performance consists of a one-year base period with four additional option years, with all work to be performed at Crane, Indiana, 47522.
