These items are non-commercial items; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This procurement is restricted to Sikorsky (CAGE: 78286) as they are the only Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) approved source . The listed contractor is also the only source that has the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition. There is no DMWR for this requirement.
