The Government proposes to acquire a one-time spare buy contract for a quantity of 2 each of an - Aircraft Frame, NSN: 1560-01-5869470, Part Number: 7-311113599-9 applicable to the AH-64 D/E MODEL Apache Helicopter weapon system. Production lead time is 17 months after contract award with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419. The item is restricted to the following approved sources: The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613). This part and the data needed to acquire this part competitively, directly from the actual manufacturer, is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
