To synopsize the use of a FAR 52.217-8 clause to extend the term of the current BPA Call for approximately 7 weeks. The Government did not evaluate the pricing for the FAR 52.217-8 clause at the time of award. The Government issued BPA Order GSQ0017AJ0026 under the single awarded BPA GS00T13AJA7007 to Customer Value Partners, Inc. (CVP). This BPA Order was transferred to GSA Region 09 on March 1, 2018 and given Order # 47QFPA18A0001. The BPA Order ends on March 16, 2018. The approved extension is for a seven-week period and will avoid disruption to mission critical programs and activities that are currently underway at the Department of State (DOS).
