Contracting Officer: Joe Werstak Email: Joe.Werstak@dla.mil NSN: 5930-01-060-7268 Nomenclature: SWITCH, PRESSURE Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 5930-01-060-7268. The Government is pursuing an indefinite delivery contract, for the duration of a one-year base and one separately priced one-year option period not exceed 2 years or $250,000.00. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: EATON AEROSPACE (P/N 21SN85-9) Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about May 26, 2020. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance.
