Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Origin (FIRST DESTINATION TRANSPORTATION APPLIES). Requested delivery is in 100 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 3,000 PG for both the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 500 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 500 PG, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 1,000 PG, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 15,000 PG.
