OBJET Santé Québec, through the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de Laval (CISSS de Laval), seeks to acquire a water purification system for hemodialysis along with its distribution loop for the Centre de Services Ambulatoires de Laval (CSAL). The new equipment will be installed in the dialysis service located on the second floor of the facility. A critical requirement for this project is that the dialysis service must remain fully operational throughout the installation and commissioning phases, with no service interruptions allowed. To ensure uninterrupted clinical activities, the existing purification system and distribution loop will remain operational until the new system is completely validated. The work will be carried out in phases to facilitate this seamless transition. The contract includes a firm 10-year service agreement, which covers the initial warranty period of the equipment. Under this shared contract, service technicians from the supplier will respond to repair and corrective maintenance requests initiated by a GBM technician and perform an annual comprehensive maintenance as specified in the tender documents. All necessary parts for the proper functioning and repairs of the equipment are included for the full 10-year duration, with supply pricing predetermined for that period. The public agency invites specialized companies to submit their offers according to the specified requirements and conditions. Awarding will be made to the compliant bidder presenting the lowest price. The solicitation was posted on January 19, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 23, 2026, and is managed by the CISSS de Laval under the Government of Canada.
