Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) will procure system sustainment of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS), as well as on-site functional and technical support from Integrated Data Services, Inc (IDS). This is to support AFOTEC financial/program management requirements. The purchase will be made in accordance with FAR part 15 regulations, Contracting by Negotiation. Award will be made to Integrated Data Services Inc 2141 Rosecrans Ave Suite 2050 El Segundo, CA 90245-5043. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that CCARs is proprietary software that is owned by IDS. It is anticipated that this requirement will be for a period of 4 months. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with a small business size standard of $23.0M.
