Full Description
1.0 Description
1.1 The purpose of this Request for Information/Sources Sought notice is to obtain a Tailored Capability statement, and industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), and RFI questions. The government requests that the Tailored Capability statement include at the minimum technical capabilities, past performance/past experience on similar requirements, vendor’s approach to meeting PWS requirements.
1.2 The estimated period of performance (PoP) will begin (FY) 2027 and estimated to consist of a 1-year Base period and four (4) 1-year Option periods for a total contract life of five (5) years (if all options are exercised).
1.3 This RFI/Sources sought notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The RFI respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP that may be issued.
2.0 Objective.
2.1 One objective of this RFI is to identify potential vendors (large, small, and socioeconomic concerns) who have the experience and capabilities to successfully perform this work. Vendors are also encouraged to provide information regarding plans to use joint venturing (JV), partnering or consortiums to meet the requirements areas contained herein. Details pertaining to the entire scope of work are contained in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). A second objective is to engage industry to identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations and other insights as it pertains to the acquisition and the work contemplated in the draft PWS.
3.0 Comments and Questions
Comments/questions on the draft PWS may be submitted, and are encouraged, using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM). CRM responses will be used by the Government internally to improve the PWS. Please utilize the RFI attachment to respond to the RFI questions. Responses to inputs will not be provided.
4.0 Meetings and Discussions
The Government may or may not choose to meet with potential RFI service provider(s). Such meetings and discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of submitted comments and/or questions.
5.0 Summary
5.1 The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the RFI requirements discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
5.2 Responses to this notification are due on 17 June 2026 @ 1300 PST.
