This is an official solicitation notice for the purchase of T-38 wingtips. This is being solicited as a sole source to the original manufacturer, Northrop Grumman Corporation Systems Corporation (CAGE CODE: 79U29), using the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See the attached J&A included in the solicitation for the justification of a sole source. Foreign participation is not allowed for this solicitation.
