T-38 Wingtips

This solicitation seeks the sole-source procurement of T-38 wingtips from Northrop Grumman Corporation Systems Corporation under FAR 6.103-1, as it is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Department of the Air Force’s requirements. The contract involves the delivery of 66 left-hand wingtips (NSN 1560-01-527-2194 XE) and 64 right-hand wingtips (NSN 1560-01-527-2195 XE) under Firm-Fixed Price terms, with an estimated total value of $6,500,000. Foreign participation is explicitly prohibited, and no other suppliers are permitted to compete.
