Full Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, with Image Associates, Inc., 615 Davis Drive, Suite 600, Morrisville, NC 27567 for a modification to acquire Photography and Graphics Services for a perios not to exceed three months to allow time to complete a re-competition for services. The provided supplies and services are commercial as defined in FAR part 2. This action is under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1 and HHSAR 306-302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and delays in service do not make competition feasible for the extension. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
