The total quantities range from a minimum of 165,000 units to a maximum of 825,000 units annually, with an estimated annual quantity of 660,000 units. The delivery destinations include the Pendergrass Distribution Center in Georgia and the Travis Association for the Blind in Texas, with FOB Destination terms. Registration and solicitation access are managed through the DLA's DIBBS system, with specialized instructions for vendor registration and account administration. Additionally, compliance with defense acquisition regulations governing domestic sourcing (including Berry Amendment provisions) is mandatory, ensuring materials and components are U.S.-origin unless exceptions apply. Contact points for the solicitation are Nicole Recchia and Scott J. Kromis, and further technical specifications can be requested via the provided government contacts and DLA resources.
