Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the supply, delivery, and offloading of bottled drinking water and the rental of water coolers on an “as and when requested” basis to designated residential properties in Torbay and the Town of Logy Bay–Middle Cove–Outer Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador (including surrounding areas), as required, for the duration of the Standing Offer to Transport Canada.
