Full Description

Amendment 00001 1. The purpose of this letter is to grant an extension to the submission date of proposals in response to Philippines TACAN System Solicitation No. FA8730-17-R-0011. The Contracting Officer has taken into consideration the impact of the holiday season, availability of key personnel, and the need to possibly source items in the Philippines, which may require additional time and research for interested contractors to provide a qualified proposal. Therefore, the Contracting Officer has granted an extension of 21 calendar days to the previous 11 January 2018 proposal due date. However, due to critical milestones necessary for timely award, no further extensions will be considered unless it is in the best interest of the United States Government. 2. Proposals submitted in response to the subject RFP No. Amendment 00001 are due NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM EST on 1 February 2018. The Offeror shall submit their proposal in accordance with Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, Section 3.8. 3. In the event an offeror has any questions regarding the RFP, the questions must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM EST on 18 January 2018 to ensure a Government response can be posted to FBO prior to the proposal due date.
