Solicitation Number W50S9D26Q0007 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, Dated 13 MAR 2026 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20260705.  It is the contractor’s responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.  This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 339999 with total number of employees NTE 550.

The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a qualified business deemed responsive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Quotes must conform to all requirements outlined in this Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be evaluated based upon the best value of the requirement. This office will consider any late quotes or any late revisions of quotes as non-responsive.

In no event shall any understanding or agreement between the Contractor and any Government employee other than the Contracting Officer on any contract, modification, change order, letter or verbal direction to the contractor be effective or binding upon the Government. All such actions must be formalized by a proper contractual document executed by an appointed Contracting Officer. The Contractor is hereby notified that in the event a Government employee other than the Contracting Officer directs a change in the work to be performed or increases the scope of the work to be performed, it is the Contractor's responsibility to make inquiry of the Contracting Officer before making the deviation from the written terms of the contract. Payments or Partial payments will not be made without being authorized by an appointed Contracting Officer with the legal authority to bind the Government.

Description of Requirement:   Tactical COMM FUC Kit-BRAND NAME SPECIFIC

CLIN 0001: The 141st Communications Squadron requires the procurement of nine communications, network, electrical-power, equipment-mounting, software, and support-service components to support installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment of deployable communications and information technology (IT) infrastructure. These capabilities are required to provide secure and reliable equipment mounting, electrical power input and conversion, network routing, network software functionality, equipment interoperability, and technical support for communications systems.

**Each item below is required to support a separate communications or IT system function and shall not be considered interchangeable with the other required equipment. The equipment shall support the integration of PacStar 200 Series modules, network-routing equipment, power-input adapters, KG-series encryptor mounting configurations, and associated communications infrastructure.
