The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a new task order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007 for a re-design of the Fin Controller Electronics Unit (FCEU) to address material obsolescence in accordance with FAR 6.301.1 (a)(2)(III), only one responsible source.
