TAF Maule Light Observation Aircraft Support

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, located in Lakehurst, New Jersey, is pursuing a sole source contract with Integrated Surveillance and Defense of Wilsonville, Oregon, under solicitation N68335-19-R-0313. This agreement is designed to provide the Tunisian Air Force with essential support for their Maule light observation aircraft, specifically focusing on OCONUS Field Service Representative support, aircraft repair, and comprehensive flight and maintenance training. This effort is part of a Building Partnership Capacity case intended to supplement an existing Foreign Military Sales directed source effort. The government has justified this sole source procurement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, citing that utilizing any vendor other than Integrated Surveillance and Defense would result in unacceptable schedule delays.
